چکیده

One of the most appealing features ion-selective electrodes (ISE) is their ease use, an electrical method used to measure common elements such as sodium, potassium, and chlorine in autoanalyzer its development for measurement heavy zinc copper through manufacture highly selective sensitive electrodes. A new metals oxide carbon paste electrode (MCPE) with good ion-capturing detect level serum solutions was created by synthesizing (Zn,Cu)-O nanoparticles using a hydrothermal method. For optimal circumstances, physical chemical characteristics were investigated. The cyclic voltammetry redox wave record signal. By voltammograms, large signal oxidation-reduction occurs reversible mechanism due one electron transmission ionization quasi-reversible peak Cu metal. Thermodynamic kinetic aspects have also been investigated ∆E, ∆H, ∆G, ∆S equal –4.32, –32.19, 33.40, 0.031 respectively. results demonstrate that novel can discriminate between peaks produced processes two at similar time, having different oxidation separate redaction peaks. conductivity qualities allowed us build extend cells five simultaneously technique.

Ultrathin oxide films on metals: new physics and new chemistry?

Oxide thin films on metals are now currently used as model systems to study the surface properties of highly insulating oxides by means of electron spectroscopies. However, it has been recently proposed that ultrathin oxide films and oxide–metal interfaces may actually have unprecedented intrinsic chemical–physical properties, because of image potential screening of charge fluctuations and inte...

Iron deficiency increases blood concentrations of neurotoxic metals in children

Iron deficiency affects approximately one-third of the world's population, occurring most frequently in children aged 6 months to 3 years. Mechanisms of iron absorption are similar to those of other divalent metals, particularly manganese, lead, and cadmium, and a diet deficient in iron can lead to excess absorption of manganese, lead, and cadmium. Iron deficiency may lead to cognitive impairme...

Metals in Urine and Peripheral Arterial Disease

Exposure to metals may promote atherosclerosis. Blood cadmium and lead were associated with peripheral arterial disease (PAD) in the 1999-2000 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). In the present study we evaluated the association between urinary levels of cadmium, lead, barium, cobalt, cesium, molybdenum, antimony, thallium, and tungsten with PAD in a cross-sectional analy...

NMR in Copper-Oxide Metals.

The anomalous part of the NMR relaxation rate of copper nuclei in the normal state of copperoxide metals is calculated using the orbital magnetic parts of the fluctuations derived in a recent theory to explain the long wavelength transport anomalies. Oxygen and Yttrium reside on lattice sites at which the anomalous contribution is absent at all hole densities. The frequency, momentum dependence...

Gradient plasticity in gradient nano-grained metals

Gradient nano-grained (GNG) metals are a unique class of materials with spatial gradients in grain size, typically from the surface to the bulk. Here the gradient mechanical behavior inGNG copper is studied by a crystal plasticity finite elementmodel that accounts for grainsize-dependent yield strengths. The associated finite element simulations reveal both the gradient stress and gradient plas...
